Growing up, I didn’t have anyone to turn to for financial guidance or entrepreneurial mentorship. My family taught me the value of working hard, but when it came to building wealth, starting a business, or understanding investments, I had to figure it all out on my own.
In my early 20s, I started experimenting with business ideas not from textbooks or MBA programs, but from real-world trial and error. I learned to launch Airbnb properties without even owning them, building income streams from resourcefulness and negotiation skills alone. I discovered how to market, how to deal with clients, and most importantly, how to keep going when doors closed in my face.
But one of the hardest realities I faced as a woman in business was isolation. I wished there were other women around me who wanted to build something who understood the long nights, the financial risks, and the vision of creating freedom. But no matter how hard I looked, I couldn’t find them.
And then there were the banks. If you’ve ever tried to get funding for a new venture, you know how discouraging it can be to hear “no” over and over again. For years, that was the story for me and so many women I knew. We had the drive, the ideas, and the commitment but not the access to capital or connections.
The Spark That Started Flowe
That’s why I created the Flowe App. I wanted a place where women could connect locally and start ventures together without waiting for outside approval. A space where we could share resources, pool funds, and take action without having to beg banks to believe in us.
Flowe is like a “Bumble for Business” but it’s more than just networking. Inside the app, women can find partners for projects, access vetted vendor lists, learn credit improvement strategies, and explore beginner-friendly real estate investing guides. It’s about creating tangible results, not just exchanging business cards.
Building Wealth Through Real Estate Mentorship
Alongside the app, I started offering real estate mentorship. I specialize in helping women break into real estate through strategies like wholesaling, acquiring affordable land, and creating cash flow from mobile homes on land.
My mentorship isn’t just about the numbers it’s about the mindset. I teach women how to spot opportunities others overlook, how to negotiate with confidence, and how to turn a single deal into a stepping stone toward financial independence.
One of my students landed her first affordable land deal for under $6,000 and is now developing it for passive income. That’s the kind of transformation I want for every woman I work with.
